We liked its location, price, its quiet, clean the front desk staff are all friendly and accommodating and they quickly handled the one issue we did have. Extra kudos to Ariel who helped us with the room change! Ariel was on night duty and she was super friendly and told us if we need anything else to come to her for assistance

So my expectations were not high as this was a very inexpensive hotel. At first glance it seemed like it was meh but was I wrong. It was quiet, comfortable, plenty of hot water and worked for my week stay. For me the location was ideal. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked OK. Staff was pleasant and the place was very clean. Several food choices nearby.

Location was good. The carbon monoxide alarm began going off. Contacted front desk and the employee came to room to see what was going on. She moved my daughter and I from our handicap room to a suite at no extra charge. All staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Comfortable, clean, safe. The bed was very comfortable, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Front desk staff were some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The noise the elevator makes made me and my fiancé giggle a lot because it sounds like a little duck.

Pretty much everything! Staff was exceptional, location was perfect, the facility is incredible for the price, the breakfast is legit breakfast not just a granola bar 😉 Pretty much everything we needed for our overnight stay. I would definitely stay here again and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!!!

The staff was very helpful in taking care of important personal business for me. They finally replaced the broken coffee machine after eight days. Trash out front is now being removed in the early mornings. I'm happy to see that someone is paying attention to the importance in appearance and taking care of their customers.

It was a great little hotel for the price. The room was pretty smmal, but it was clean and the staff was kind. It was good that it was practically next to the interstate and there was a great mexican restaurant just next to the hotel.

The breakfast choices have been reduced at Microtel over the last few years but I've always been able to find something that I could start the day with. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was what I expect from a stay at Microtel.
